This week’s PC gaming deals

We like cheap PC components and accessories. But you know what we like even more? Expensive PC components and accessories that are on sale! Each week, we have our bargainmeisters bring you a list of the best component, accessory, and software sales for PC gamers.

Some highlights of this week: Welcome to 2016 and a whole new year of deals! The Steam Sale just ended, but GamersGate is still having an end of the year sale through January 7th, which includes Tales of Zestiria, Valkyria Chronicles, and Dark Souls. Total War: Attila and Alien Isolation are both heavily discounted on the Golden Joystick Store. If you are looking to jump to a newer generation of GPU, a GTX 960 and an Radeon R7 370 are both under $200 right now. You can also find 8GB of DDR3 RAM for under $30. Hardware Deals

Hardware deals:

— The Corsair K70 with Cherry MX Brown switches, one of our favorite gaming keyboards, is down to $110 on Amazon.

— The ASROCK Fatal1ty Killer Z97 LGA 1150 Intel motherboard, one of our favorite Haswell motherboards, is down to $90 on Newegg after a $20 rebate.

— The Gigabyte GTX 980ti is currently at $600 on Newegg, and comes with Rise of the Tomb Raider free.

— If you are looking for a RAM upgrade, two 8GB sticks (16GB total) of Patriot Viper 3 DDR3 1866MHz RAM is $60 on Frys.com after a $25 rebate.

— The MSI GTX 960 2GB GPU is still down to $160 on Newegg after a $20 rebate.

— Alternatively, the XFX Radeon R7 370 4GB GPU is also still down to $160 on Newegg after a $10 rebate.

Game Deals

Game deals: 

— Divekick is $5 on Amazon.

— South Park: The Stick of Truth is $30 on Amazon.

— Insurgency is only $5 on Green Man Gaming.

— Rainbow Six: Siege is $50 on Gamestop.com if you don’t mind waiting for the physical version to ship to you.

— Civilization 5’s Complete Edition is down to $25 on Amazon, again if you are okay waiting for the physical copy.

— Square Brawl is $3 on Steam.
