Suspect: Juvenile being charged as an adult
Narrative: On March 14, 2016 a 15 year old juvenile female was the victim of a sexual assault in the home of the suspect, a 16 year old juvenile charged as an adult. The suspect detained the victim and continually was attempting to force the victim to become involved in sex acts and intercourse while the victim continued to fight and indicate to the suspect that his attempts were not wanted. Eventually she was able to escape the control of the suspect and flee the residence.
Charges: Attempted Second Degree Rape, Sexual Contact without Consent, Assault 2nd Degree and Unlawfully and Intentionally Detain
