Just a little video of a “volunteer” for Delmar Football’s actions towards Delmar fans at Saturdays game at university of DE. This guy shows up drunk to all football games and harasses the Delmar fans!!! He’s so drunk he is taunting the fans of the same team he is supposed to be cheering for. Sorry excuse for a Delmar fan....
