Okay, so by this Bozo’s own admission, police were called tp Marshalls for a criminal complaint at 8pm, but the suspect was gone on police arrival, but then a call came in about an armed robbery across the parking lot at Best Value inn and a suspect was CAUGHT, but your stellar police department DID NOT walk the suspect across that parking lot to ask the Marshall’s employees for identification of the perp to see if this was the guy who caused the first crime. INSTEAD this talking head offers to us all that if we want a mug shot of this Powell guy, (Marshalls) will have to request one from the PD by phone.
This is why crime is so high in Salisbury. Gee, Mr. Obvious, they just never made the connection!
Your PD is a complete failure and needs to be dissolved.
