Suspect: Antoine L. Tilghman, 27, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 25 January 2018 a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Antoine Tilghman for erratic driving. Upon making contact with Tilghman, the deputy detected an odor of marijuana emanating from Tilghman’s vehicle. During a subsequent search of Tilghman’s vehicle, the deputy located evidence of marijuana use. Furth search uncovered an unlabeled pill bottle that held what was identified as cocaine.
The deputy placed Tilghman under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Tilghman on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.

Suspect: Micah J. White, 64, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 25 January 2018 a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Micah White for a seat belt violation. Due to the observations of the deputy, a drug scan by a WCSO K9 team was requested, during which the K9 alerted to the odor of illegal drugs in the vehicle. During a subsequent search, the deputy recovered what was identified as crack cocaine.
The deputy transported White to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released White on Personal Recognizance.
