Attorney General Frosh Announces Convictions in Connection with Organized Retail Theft Conspiracy

BALTIMORE, MD – Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today announced the convictions of three defendants in connection with their participation in a large-scale organized retail theft scheme. Donna Moye (40), Tyrayah Graham (23), and Tiara Baker (20) pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Graham and Baker pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit a theft scheme of $100,000 or more. Moye pleaded guilty to theft scheme over $100,000.

“These women planned and operated a brazen, coordinated shoplifting ring,” said Attorney General Frosh. “Many of them walked into a store together, overwhelmed what security was present, grabbed expensive merchandise and fled.”
