DiGenova: If Hillary Won, We Would Know Nothing About FBI Bias, Handling of Dossier

Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova said that a Hillary Clinton victory in 2016 would have been "extremely detrimental to the rule of law," responding to new revelations about the Trump-Russia dossier.

DiGenova said that if Clinton won, "we would know [nothing]" about the handling of Christopher Steele's dossier and alleged bias within the FBI during the Clinton email probe and Trump-Russia investigation.

According to emails reported last week, former British spy Steele kept in close contact with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr even after the FBI cut ties with Steele as a source.

Ohr's wife, Nellie, worked for Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm hired by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to compile the dossier of potentially damaging information against Trump.

DiGenova alleged a "conspiracy" between Ohr, Steele, James Comey, Sally Yates. John Brennan, Peter Strzok and other officials to exonerate Clinton and if she lost the election, "frame" Trump.
