Hotten and Vukov
Incident: Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine/ Manufacturing Cocaine/ Use of Firearm in the commission of a felony

Suspect’s:
- Rudolph Alphonso Hotten (46 years of age)
- Julia Faith Vokov (19 years of age)
Narrative:
Over the course of the last month, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) conducted a drug investigation into Rudolph Hotten selling controlled dangerous substances from the 25000 block of Elzey Brown Loop Mardela Springs, Wicomico County, Maryland, 21804. On April 23, 2020 a search and seizure warrant was executed on Hotten’s residence that resulted in the recovery of an amount of crack cocaine indicative of distribution, equipment to manufacture crack cocaine, one shotgun, and two rifles. The target of the investigation, Rudolph Hotten and Julia Vukov were arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center. Vukov was charged with possession of crack cocaine and was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Vokov had previously been reported as a Missing Person through the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office. Hotten was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, manufacturing cocaine, possession of cocaine, use a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime.
